Below are some clarifications on how the process works.
Package Preparation
Verify that all cards indicated in the list are actually present in the shipment and are arranged in the exact order provided. A non-compliant or disorganized order could slow down the inspection and evaluation operations by our team.
Please note that packages with disorganized content may be subject to a commission between 5% and 10% of the value, depending on the level of disorder found.
For shipping, do not use plastic bags, albums, binders, or rubber bands. We invite you instead to use a container suitable for collectible cards, such as fat packs, deck boxes, trainer kits, or a card storage box, choosing the appropriate size for the quantity of material and ensuring that the cards cannot move during transport.
If you do not have this type of container, you can wrap the cards in an A4 sheet, still ensuring adequate protection.
Any additional cards not included in the preliminary request can be shipped together with the package, separated from those already proposed. These cards will be evaluated during the inspection and the purchase offer will be updated accordingly.
Receipt, Evaluation, and Payment
Once the shipment is received at our offices, we will proceed with verification within five working days. After the inspection is completed, you will be contacted again to confirm the final purchase offer, generally coinciding with the one agreed online, except for differences related to the condition or discrepancies with what was declared.
Payment will be issued within one working day via bank transfer or PayPal transfer, according to your preference.
Payment can only be made to users of legal age and requires the communication of the tax code. In the case of minor users, the payment will be made to a parent or guardian.
Alternatively, it is possible to request, even partially, the equivalent in credit to use on our website.

How much time do I have to ship the cards?
The order must be shipped within 4 days from the confirmation of our staff.
COLLECTMARKETPLACE reserves the right to cancel orders not sent within 7 days from placement.
The confirmed price is guaranteed for 7 days.
Can I send two sale orders in a single package?
Yes, it is possible. However, each order must be packaged separately and your name must be clearly indicated inside the package. The preliminary evaluation is performed for each individual sale request.
How long does the inspection process take?
The duration varies based on the workload and the number of orders being managed.
Once taken in charge, you will be informed that your order is under review.
Will I be contacted in case of changes to the evaluation?
Yes, in the presence of discrepancies or significant variations. In the absence of anomalies, the order will be evaluated and finalized normally.
Can I request the return of the cards after the order is finalized?
Return is possible only before the issuance of the final payment.
Once the order is finalized, the cards are immediately integrated into our inventory.
Are shipping costs at my expense?
Yes, shipping costs are at the seller's expense, even in case of rejection due to inconsistencies in conditions, language, or quantity, or if you request the return of the cards.
An express courier pickup service is available upon request.
Is there a limit to the number of cards I can sell?
There is no limit. Our staff will preliminarily confirm interest in certain cards or quantities.
What happens if the card price changes after order confirmation?
COLLECTMARKETPLACE reserves the right to refuse sale proposals containing items whose value has undergone recent significant changes.
In the case of banned cards, only sales received and finalized before the publication of the official announcement will be considered.
