  Some products offered on this website may be purchased as preorders, meaning they can be reserved before their official release date or before they become physically available.
  The indicated release and shipping dates are estimates provided by manufacturers or distributors and may be subject to change for reasons beyond the seller’s control.

  Order Cancellation by the Customer

  Orders containing preorder items cannot be cancelled or modified after payment confirmation, except within 24 hours of purchase.
  By placing a preorder, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that such purchase constitutes a binding sales commitment, and that no early cancellation right is granted.

  The right of withdrawal provided under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) may only be exercised after the product has been delivered, within fourteen (14) days, and only if the item is intact, sealed, and unopened.
  In the event of opening, tampering, or removal of the original seals, the right of withdrawal is void, as the product loses its collectible nature and can no longer be resold under the same conditions.

  Products Subject to Market Fluctuations

  Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter b, of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial or collectible market that cannot be controlled by the seller and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

  Accordingly, collectible products (such as Pokémon boxes, trading cards, limited editions, or special release items) are considered goods whose value may vary depending on the collectible market’s performance.
  For these items, no return or withdrawal right is granted once the order has been confirmed, except in cases of defect or non-conformity of the received product.
