Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the products, except for pre-order items (see the “Pre-Order Items” section).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send a written communication by e-mail to info@collectmarketplace.com including:

  • The order number
  • The products you wish to return
  • Your contact details

Return Conditions

Products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns of customized, unsealed, or tampered items, or items that do not reflect their original condition will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned products, we will issue the refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In the case of damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a free replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately! Send us photos and a brief description of the issue.

Tip: We always recommend recording a short video while unboxing your order to avoid any misunderstanding.
